Crystalike Refund & Exchange Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we have a flexible 7-day exchange policy in place for situations where the product delivered is either damaged or incorrect.

Eligibility for Exchange

You are eligible for a product exchange only under the following conditions:

  1. The product you received is damaged, broken, or defective.

  2. You have received a wrong item (i.e., an item different from what you ordered).

  3. The exchange request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  4. You have proper video proof clearly showing the product being unboxed (from the sealed package to product reveal) without any cuts or edits.


Important Notes

  • No refund will be issued under any circumstance.

  • We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product after delivery, size preferences, or delays due to courier services.

  • The unboxing video is mandatory. It must clearly capture the product being opened from the sealed package, showing the issue (damage or incorrect item) in the same video.

  • Requests without proper video evidence will not be entertained.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.


How to Request an Exchange

  1. Record an Unboxing Video: While opening your package, please record a clear and uninterrupted video from start to end.

  2. Contact Us: Within 7 days of delivery, email us at care@crystalike.com or fill out the contact form at https://crystalike.in/contact-us/.

  3. Provide Details: Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and attach the unboxing video.

  4. Await Approval: Our team will verify the issue and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

  5. Exchange Process: Once your request is approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to us. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement.


Shipping Charges

  • If the mistake is from our side (damaged or wrong product), Crystalike will cover the re-shipping charges.

  • If the return is due to any other reason not covered in our policy, the return will be denied.
